Accompanied by the SA Director of Programs, Personnel, and Finances, the current Advisor and recording secretary, the committee allocates finances and vote on readings in front of student representatives from every SA funded organization.
All students are encouraged and welcome to attend these meetings. They are an awesome way to keep informed about opportunities and issues present at Geneseo.
During designated Open Updates and Discussion times, any student is welcome to come talk about important events/issues. The SA General Meeting is an ideal platform for student advocacy and student led discussion. Typically, a long or in-depth discussion topic should be brought to the SA President before the meeting at which it is meant to take place.
